Virtual CEO
Virtual CEO (VCEO) had a windows-based assessment application that was becoming very difficult to maintain because their growing client base surfaced scalability limitations inherent in the original design. Their original solutions required creation of a new assessment application for each new type of assessment or even a small variation to an existing assessment. The assessment applications were thick windows programs that had to be copied to CD and mailed to their customers. This was an issue both from managing each version of the different assessment applications, supporting the installations, and execution in the various end-client’s desktop environment.
Solution Summary
Prokinetic created a very flexible web-based solution that allowed each assessment to be altered and saved as a new type of assessment with just a few clicks of a mouse. As a web solution all of the setup and desktop issues were resolved, drastically reducing the number of support individuals that VCEO required. Because of its flexibility, ease of use and support, this new solution allowed VCEO to create their Certified Solutions Provider programming allowing them further growth.
