Wausau Mortgage Corporation (Wausau) wanted a data-driven solution for logins, with support for different login types and levels of access. They needed to convert their existing static forms to online forms for electronic submission, and to streamline related business processes with a technology solution to minimize user/employee interaction requirements.
Solution Summary
Prokinetic built online administration tools to manage site content, address inter-day rate change notification with online support to process rate lock requests, manage access for brokers/branches, and accept/process document generation requests. The Wausau website has a completely new look supported by a structured information architecture. Some elements of our Active Site Framework (ASF) are being leveraged for continued functional development.
