Every project goes through a life cycle, a process that includes all of the activities in the project that take place up to completion and transition to a production environment. Prokinetic’s Process Model is based on phases and milestones called DRIVE. With DRIVE each phase has its own cycle of events and each phase has a different focus for the project.
The Prokinetic Process Model allows our team to respond to customer requests and to address changes in a solution midcourse, when necessary. It also allows our team to deliver key portions of the solution faster than would otherwise be possible by focusing on the highest priority features first and moving less critical ones to subsequent releases. This Process Model is a flexible component that has been used successfully to improve project control, minimize risk, improve product quality, and increase development speed.
